ASPV Recognizes National Honor Society Students
The American School of Puerto Vallarta recently recognized National Honor Society students during a special ceremony at the Hotel Krystal. NHS is a student leadership program for schools in the U.S. and schools abroad that follow a U.S.-based curriculum. NHS celebrates student achievement, including academic success, a commitment to community service, leadership and character.
The induction program included a candle-lighting ceremony and the presentation of NHS Medallions, in which the students made a pledge to maintain high scholastic standing, to pursue leadership and demonstrate a commitment to community service. The development and integrity of character is integral to placement in NHS.
