SCHOOL BOOKS ARE AVAILABLE for sale at the accounting office. Books for personal use are purchased, but textbooks are loaned to students at no charge as long as the books are returned at the end of the school year, otherwise the current US dollar cost of the book will be charged to the student’s account.
LOS LIBROS YA ESTÁN A LA VENTA en contabilidad.
Los libros para uso personal se deben comprar, pero los libros de texto se prestan a los alumnos sin cargo, siempre y cuando sean regresados en buenas condiciones al final del año escolar, de lo contrario se deberá pagar el costo del libro.
MAMA VALLARTA is in need of gently used shoes- any kind, any color- that your child has outgrown. If you have any to donate, please bring them to the high school office.
Mamá Vallarta necesita de algunos buenos zapatos – de cualquier clase o color que hayan dejado de usar sus hijos. Si tienen algunos que pueda donar, favor de traerlos a la oficina del secundaria y preparatoria.
SPORTS PROGRAM 2010-2011: Please see the attached letter from Mr. Eduardo Espinosa our Athletic Director about the calendar of sports activities for this school year. We are also attaching the categories, schedule and the application form.

The TRAFFIC RULES will remain in effect this year.
Parking or stopping for long periods of time in front of the school are forbidden. DO NOT MAKE A U-TURN IN FRONT OF THE SCHOOL.
High school students finish classes at 2:40, please come to pick them up 5 minutes later to give them time to be ready at the gate.
Please encourage your children to be ready on time.
El REGLAMENTO DE VIALIDAD seguirá vigente también este año.
No se permite estacionarse o detenerse por mucho tiempo frente al colegio y NUNCA DEBERAN DAR VUELTA EN “U” FRENTE AL COLEGIO.
Los alumnos de secundaria y preparatoria terminan su ultima clase a las 2:40 en punto, favor de pasar a recogerlos 5 minutos más tarde para darles tiempo de llegar a la puerta.
Su colaboración es muy necesaria para asegurar la fluidez en la vialidad, por favor, recuerden a sus hijos que deben estar listos a tiempo en la puerta.
We recommend that the student’s name be placed on all personal belongings , especially uniforms, agendas and text books. Items found on school grounds are placed in the Lost and Found steel locker located by the stairs.
We encourage students not to bring valuable items to school.
Recomendamos poner nombre a todas las pertenencias de sus hijos, especialmente, uniformes, agendas y libros. Cualquier objeto que sea olvidado se colocará en el locker azul que se encuentra al bajar las escaleras. Recomendamos que los alumnos no traigan objetos de valor a la escuela.
On Wednesday, September 15th there will be a school-wide celebration to commemorate the BICENTENNIAL OF THE MEXICAN INDEPENDENCE DAY at 8:15 am at the primary patio.
All students and parents are cordially invited to participate in this event to celebrate, learn about and reflect on Mexico’s past.
There will be NO SCHOOL on Thursday and Friday, September 16 th and 17 th.
El miércoles 15 de septiembre todo el colegio estará celebrando el BICENTENARIO DE LA INDEPENDENCIA DE MÉXICO a las 8:15 am en el patio de primaria.
Todos los alumnos y padres están cordialmente invitados a participar en este evento para celebrar, aprender y reflexionar sobre el pasado de México.
