A space for Growth & Reflection
The Wellbeing Studio provides a calm and welcoming environment where students engage in activities that enhance their emotional intelligence and overall wellness. Through interactive sessions and hands-on experiences, they learn essential life skills such as:
✔ Mindfulness and Stress Management – Cultivating focus, emotional regulation, and self-awareness.
✔ Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) – Developing empathy, communication, and healthy relationships.
✔ Counseling and Support – Providing a safe space for students to express themselves and seek guidance.
COURSES & ACTIVITIES
The Wellbeing Studio offers a variety of engaging programs that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being, including:
- Romp N’ Roll – A dynamic movement-based program that encourages gross motor development, coordination, and confidence through active play and fun physical challenges.
- Yoga Classes for Kids & Parents – Guided yoga sessions that promote relaxation, flexibility, and mindfulness, helping students and their families strengthen both body and mind.
- Mindfulness Practices – Activities such as breathing exercises, meditation, and guided relaxation to help students manage stress and improve focus.
